This policy explains how orders placed through Inarte Store are processed, shipped and delivered.
2.2Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to eligible serviceable PIN codes within [India / specified regions].
Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s PIN code and the courier network serving that location. Please enter your delivery details at checkout or contact us to confirm serviceability.
International delivery is available only where expressly stated on our website.
2.3Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, except where another payment arrangement has been expressly offered.
Our standard order-processing time is approximately 1–2 business days. This is separate from the estimated shipping and delivery time.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or outside business hours may begin processing on the next business day.
We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify or fulfil your order.
2.4Estimated Delivery Timelines
Our current estimated timelines are:

- Made-to-order or customised products: As communicated in the relevant product description, quotation or order confirmation.

[Insert your shipping-charge structure, including any free-shipping threshold, if applicable.]
Any additional charges that are applicable to a delivery will be disclosed before the order is confirmed, where required by law.

Where tracking is supported by our logistics partner, we will share tracking information through [email / SMS / WhatsApp / customer account].
Tracking updates are provided by the logistics provider and may take time to reflect after dispatch.
2.7Delays and Delivery Exceptions
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruptions, strikes, service interruptions, inaccurate delivery details or other logistical constraints.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and assist with the next steps.
A delay does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
2.8Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and an accessible contact number.
If delivery fails because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the courier cannot access the delivery location, we may coordinate a reattempt or return to sender.
Any additional shipping charge will be communicated transparently and applied only where permitted by law and the applicable order terms.

We want you to feel confident bringing Inarte products into your home.

This policy applies to purchases made through Inarte Store, subject to the product-specific conditions below and applicable law.
3.2Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered where:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from the product ordered.
- The order is incomplete or an item is missing.
- A return for change of mind is permitted under the applicable product listing or offer.
- Another return or remedy is required under applicable law.
For change-of-mind returns, the applicable return window is 2 calendar days from delivery, provided that the product is eligible under the conditions communicated on the product page.
3.3Condition of Returned Products
For eligible change-of-mind returns, products should generally be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In their original condition and packaging, where reasonably available.
- Accompanied by order details and any included accessories.
For defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete products, we will assess the issue fairly. Customers will not be required to meet unreasonable conditions that would defeat an applicable legal right.
3.4Bath Mats and Floor Mats
For hygiene and product-condition reasons, change-of-mind returns of bath mats and floor mats may be limited where the product has been used, washed or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale, provided that the restriction is clearly disclosed and lawful.
This limitation does not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3.5Made-to-Order and Customised Products
Products manufactured or customised specifically for a customer may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has commenced, except where the relevant order terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
If a customised product arrives defective, damaged or materially different from the approved specifications, please contact us for an assessment and appropriate remedy.
Any restrictions applicable to a particular product will be disclosed before purchase or project approval.
3.6How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email inarte.india@gmail.com.
- Provide your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the request.
- Include photographs or supporting details where relevant.
- Wait for our return instructions before shipping a product back, unless we advise otherwise.
We will communicate whether the request is approved, the return method and any further information needed.
3.7Return Shipping
Where the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, incorrect item or another issue attributable to Inarte, we will arrange or bear reasonable return-shipping costs as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping will be handled as follows: [Insert who pays for return shipping and any applicable conditions].
We will disclose any applicable charges before a return is completed.
3.8Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
Where an exchange is approved, we will confirm the replacement product, any applicable price difference and the expected dispatch timeline.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.
3.9Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method, where supported by the payment provider.
If this is not possible, we will coordinate an appropriate lawful alternative with you.
Refunds will be initiated within [insert number] business days after approval or receipt and assessment of the returned product, as applicable. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Any applicable refund deductions must be lawful, clearly disclosed and consistent with the circumstances of the return.
3.10Partial Refunds and Order Issues
Where only part of an order is affected, we may process a refund, replacement or other suitable remedy for the affected item or portion of the order, as appropriate.
We will explain the proposed resolution before finalising it.
3.11Non-Returnable Items
The following items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where clearly disclosed and legally permissible:
- Used or washed bath mats and floor mats.
- Personalised or custom-manufactured products after production has commenced.
- Products specifically identified as non-returnable on their product pages.
These exclusions do not override statutory consumer rights or remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

Inarte offers home essentials and may offer furniture, bespoke interior design and related services.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, images and other information are accurate and up to date.
Actual colours, textures, finishes and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes and natural material characteristics. Such variations will not excuse a material mismatch with the product description or approved specifications.
Any material limitation or relevant product-specific condition will be disclosed as appropriate.
4.4Prices and Taxes
All prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown as required by law and, where relevant, before checkout is completed.
We may update prices for future purchases. A price change will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted, except where correction or another action is legally permissible and appropriately communicated.
4.5Orders and Acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to contact you to verify order details or address genuine stock, technical or pricing errors.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order, subject to applicable law.
We will not rely on this clause to avoid obligations arising from an accepted order or consumer-protection law.
4.6Payments
Payments must be made through the methods displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Studio projects may require deposits, milestone payments or other agreed payment arrangements, as set out in the applicable quotation and Studio Terms of Service.

You may access and use the website for personal, lawful purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or use Inarte’s intellectual property without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Ownership and permitted use of project-specific design drawings, renders and deliverables are addressed in the relevant studio agreement.

You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

We may take reasonable and lawful steps to address misuse or protect our services.
4.10Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party payment, logistics, analytics or other services.
Their own terms may apply to the relevant services. Inarte is not responsible for independent third-party conduct to the extent permitted by law, but this does not exclude our own obligations to customers.
4.11Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any liability, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to that limitation, Inarte will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable and arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This clause does not excuse failure to exercise reasonable care or fulfil obligations expressly undertaken by Inarte.
4.12Suspension or Termination
We may suspend access to website features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse or legal compliance.
Any termination of an existing order or studio engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

9.1Caring for Your Inarte Products
At Inarte, thoughtful design is intended to be lived with and cared for.
Proper maintenance helps preserve the appearance, function and useful life of the products you purchase.
Care instructions may vary according to material, construction, finish and manufacturer guidance. Always refer to the specific instructions supplied with the product.
9.2Bath Mats and Floor Mats
Unless the relevant product label or product page states otherwise:
- Check the care label before washing.
- Follow the specified washing temperature and washing method.
- Use only cleaning products suitable for the stated material.
- Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods unless expressly permitted.
- Dry the mat according to its care instructions and ensure it is fully dry before reuse.
- Keep the floor beneath the mat clean and dry.
- Place the mat on a suitable, clean and dry surface.
- Check the mat’s grip and condition regularly and discontinue use if it becomes damaged or loses its intended performance.
A non-slip backing does not guarantee that a mat will remain stationary on every surface or under all conditions. Water, soap, dust, floor finishes and uneven surfaces may affect grip.
Always exercise care on wet floors. Inarte does not represent a mat as a substitute for appropriate bathroom or floor safety measures unless a specific certified performance claim is expressly made.
9.3Furniture and Interior Products
For furniture and other home products:
- Follow the product-specific assembly, installation and maintenance instructions.
- Use appropriate cleaning methods for the relevant material and finish.
- Avoid excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight or harsh cleaning agents where these may damage the product.
- Ensure furniture is installed, anchored or supported as instructed.
- Do not exceed any stated load or usage limit.
- For bespoke installations, follow the maintenance and use instructions provided at handover.
9.4Natural and Visual Variations
Some products may exhibit minor variations in colour, grain, texture, pattern or finish due to natural materials, manufacturing processes, hand-finishing or screen settings.
Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Differences caused by lighting or display settings may occur, but material differences between the delivered product and its description will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and our customer policies.
9.5Product Descriptions and Performance
Customers should review product dimensions, materials, intended use and care information before purchasing.
Any stated performance or safety claim should be based on the product’s actual specifications or supporting evidence. Inarte will not make a blanket guarantee of performance across every environment or surface.
9.6Disclaimer
Care guidance is general unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product. It does not replace manufacturer instructions, professional installation guidance or appropriate safety precautions.
Nothing in this policy excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.7Contact
For product-care questions, contact inarte.india@gmail.com and identify the product concerned.

Consultation fees, where applicable, will be disclosed before the consultation is booked or confirmed. Any fee treatment or credit towards a later project will be stated in writing.
10.3Scope of Work
The approved proposal will describe the services included in the project.
Depending on the project, these may include concept development, space planning, design drawings, visualisations, material selection, furniture selection, coordination, manufacturing, installation or related activities.
Any work not expressly included in the agreed scope will be treated as an additional service and may require a revised quotation or written variation.
10.4Quotations and Project Acceptance
Quotations will identify the proposed scope, applicable fees, payment milestones, estimated timelines and other material conditions.
A project begins only after the client has accepted the proposal and completed the required formalities, including any agreed advance payment.
Quotation validity will be [insert validity period] unless another period is stated in the proposal.
Changes to the scope or specifications may affect the price and timeline.
10.5Fees and Payments
The payment schedule will be specified in the project agreement and may include design fees, an advance, milestone payments, procurement payments and a final balance.
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
If a payment becomes overdue, Inarte will communicate with the client and may pause work where the agreement permits, after appropriate notice and subject to applicable law.
Any interest, late fee or other charge must be expressly stated in the project agreement and be legally permissible.
10.6Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate site information, measurements and relevant documents.
- Provide access to the premises at agreed times.
- Share requirements, preferences and budget constraints in a timely manner.
- Review drawings, samples, specifications and proposals before approving them.
- Provide decisions and approvals within reasonable agreed timelines.
- Ensure that the site is reasonably ready for scheduled work.
- Inform Inarte of relevant building rules, access restrictions and other site conditions.
- Obtain any approvals or permissions assigned to the client under the project agreement.
Delays caused by missing information, late approvals or site-readiness issues may affect the project schedule.
10.7Design Development and Revisions
The number of design concepts, revisions and approval stages will be specified in the proposal.
Requests beyond the agreed scope or revision allowance may incur additional fees and may require a revised timeline.
No material change should be treated as approved until it has been confirmed in writing by the client and, where applicable, Inarte.
10.8Measurements, Site Conditions and Existing Structures
Where Inarte undertakes site measurements, these will be performed within the agreed scope.
Clients must disclose known structural, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing or other site conditions relevant to the project.
Concealed conditions or inaccurate information may require additional work, revised costs or schedule changes.
Structural, engineering, electrical, plumbing or other regulated professional services will be provided only where expressly included and undertaken by appropriately qualified professionals.
10.9Materials, Samples and Substitutions
Materials, finishes, colours, hardware and products will be selected in accordance with the approved specifications.
Availability may change due to supplier constraints or discontinuation. Inarte will communicate material substitutions that materially affect the agreed specification and seek the required approval before proceeding, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent damage or address a safety issue.
Natural materials and handmade finishes may show variations. Relevant samples and specifications will guide approvals, but a sample may not reproduce every characteristic of the finished item.
10.10Manufacturing and Installation
Manufacturing and installation will be undertaken according to the agreed scope and schedule.
Clients must provide reasonable site access and ensure that agreed prerequisites are met.
The project agreement will identify whether delivery, installation, removal of existing items, civil works, electrical work, plumbing, painting, debris removal or other trades are included or excluded.
Where third-party contractors or suppliers are involved, their responsibilities will be coordinated according to the project agreement. Inarte remains responsible for its own contractual obligations.
10.11Project Timelines
Any timeline provided before final measurements, material confirmation, site readiness or client approval may be indicative.
A final project schedule will be communicated once the relevant prerequisites have been confirmed.
Delays may arise from client-requested changes, supplier availability, site conditions, external contractors, approvals or events beyond reasonable control. Inarte will communicate material changes and work with the client on a revised schedule.
10.12Change Requests and Additional Work
A client-requested change affecting scope, materials, dimensions, deliverables, manufacturing or installation may require a written change order.
The change order will identify any additional fees, revised payment milestones and timeline adjustments.
Inarte is not required to commence additional work until the relevant change has been agreed, except where the parties expressly agree otherwise.
10.13Cancellation and Termination
Either party may request termination of a project in accordance with the project agreement.
On termination, the parties will reconcile completed work, approved expenses, supplier commitments, materials procured, work in progress and payments already made.
Any amount payable or refundable will be calculated in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Any cancellation fee must be transparent and legally permissible.
If Inarte must discontinue a project, it will notify the client and discuss a fair resolution of outstanding obligations.
10.14Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Inarte retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including design methods, concepts, templates, drawings, visualisations, specifications and other creative materials.
The client may use final deliverables for the specific project and property for which they were created, subject to payment of agreed fees and the licence or ownership terms stated in the project agreement.
Unapproved concepts, unpaid deliverables or working files may not be reproduced, shared commercially or used for another project without written permission, subject to applicable law and the project agreement.
Any transfer of ownership or broader licence must be expressly agreed in writing.
10.15Photography and Portfolio Use
Inarte may wish to photograph completed projects for its portfolio, website or marketing materials.
We will obtain the client’s written permission before using identifiable private-property photographs for promotional purposes, where required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.
Clients may request that identifying details, personal belongings or sensitive features be excluded from approved photography.
No client is required to grant promotional permission as a condition of receiving a service unless separately and lawfully agreed.
10.16Handover and Defects
At project completion, the parties will review the agreed deliverables and identify any outstanding items or visible defects.
The process for recording and addressing snagging items, applicable warranties and after-sales support will be stated in the project agreement.
Any workmanship or product warranty will be governed by the specific written warranty provided. Statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
10.17Third-Party Products and Services
Where a project includes products or services supplied by third parties, applicable manufacturer or supplier warranties and terms may also apply.
Inarte will communicate relevant third-party conditions where they are material to the project, without limiting its own obligations under the agreement or applicable law.
10.18Liability and Professional Scope
Inarte will perform the services described in the agreed scope with reasonable care and skill.
No provision of these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Inarte does not assume responsibility for work, alterations or instructions carried out independently by the client or third parties outside the agreed scope.
10.19Disputes and Governing Law
The parties will first endeavour to resolve project disputes through good-faith communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may pursue the remedies available under applicable Indian law. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from exercising statutory rights before a competent forum.

All policiesHow these policies work together
These documents are intended to be read together. The Privacy Policy governs personal information; the Terms & Conditions govern general website use and purchases; the Store policies govern product orders; and the Studio Terms of Service govern bespoke projects.
If two policies address the same issue differently, the applicable law takes precedence. The relevant order confirmation or signed project agreement may provide additional detail, but it cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
